- How long does it take?
- Plan for 60 to 90 minutes. If you're doing multiple rooms or a larger home, it might run a bit longer. We don't rush it. The point is to get you to a decision you feel good about.
- Do you need to prepare anything?
- No major prep needed. If you can clear a small area of floor in each room you're considering, enough to lay a few samples down, that helps. Otherwise we work with whatever's there.
- Do you need to be home?
- Yes. This isn't a drop-off. The consultation is a real back-and-forth. You'll be making decisions and we'll be measuring and quoting as we go. Both work best with you there.
- What if you don't love any of the samples?
- It happens. We'll note what was close and what was off, and we can source specific options before a second visit. No pressure to commit on the spot.

Your installation is handled by a licensed Utah contractor who we work with directly. You won't be coordinating between two separate companies. We manage that relationship and you deal with one point of contact throughout.
