We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide

When you book a consultation through our website, we collect the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your home address (so we can schedule your appointment in the correct service zone)
• Any notes or details you provide in the booking form

This information is used to schedule and confirm your in-home consultation. If you separately and actively choose our optional SMS checkbox, we may use your mobile number to send messages about your appointment, flooring estimate or quote, project updates, and occasional promotional offers. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time.

SMS messaging and mobile information

Plank & Go Mobile Flooring sends recurring automated SMS messages only when you actively select the optional SMS consent checkbox or otherwise give us affirmative SMS consent. The checkbox is not preselected, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers that deliver text-message services for Plank & Go. We may share the minimum information necessary with those service providers only to operate and deliver our messaging service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics data including pages visited, time on page, general geographic region (not precise location), device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and anonymous; we cannot identify you from it. We use this information to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our website and booking system. Each is described below.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display our service area. Google Maps may collect location and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy .

Google Calendar

Our appointment scheduling system connects with Google Calendar to manage booking availability. When you schedule a consultation, appointment details are processed through Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy .

Supabase

Booking data submitted through our website is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform. Your information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties beyond what is described in this policy. Supabase's infrastructure is SOC 2 compliant. Messaging service providers

When you opt in to SMS, we may use messaging service providers, including Twilio, to send and receive text messages. Those providers receive only the information needed to provide messaging services for Plank & Go and may not use your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to any of these third parties or to anyone else.

We retain booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable law. If you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will do so promptly.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
